MK Aluminum Extrusion Factory:

From aluminum billet to aluminum profile  

- Automated aluminum extrusion production lines, include 700 tonnes, 1000 tonnes, 1450 tonnes, 1850 tonnes and 3600 tonnes.

- Max extrusion circular diameter: up to 400 millimeters

- Provide aluminum alloy 6063, 6005, 6061    

- Temper:T5 or T6

- Several sets aging ovens to suit different hardness  

- 2 sets vertical sandblast facilities  

- More than thousands extrusion die available

- Fully automated anodize production line

- Provide Natural anodize, Black anodize, and Electrophoresis

Our factory is equipped with advanced machining units,cnc cutting centers,automatic milling machines,end milling machines, corner combining machines, modular assembly units. We have very strict standard on each production process part. Over 300000 square meters windows and doors are made by MK annually. Main products are thermal break windows and doors, curtain walls, aluminum facade panels, fences,aluminum shutters, aluminum balustrades,aluminum honeycomb panels and outdoor furniture.
